This is a placeholder page. Full terms are being finalised and will appear here shortly. In the meantime, the key points:

• One-off purchases (HTML tier): refundable until the files are sent. Once delivered, the sale is final.
• Hosted option: setup fee is refundable up until the site goes live. Monthly hosting is cancellable at any time; paid periods are not pro-rated.
• You own the content you provided to us. We don’t republish or resell your copy, imagery, or branding.
• Payment is processed by Stripe; card data never touches our servers.
